Personalized Care
Every visit, test, and plan is tailored around your unique health goals, biology, and history— not insurance paperwork.
innovation
Advanced tools and testing offer proactive, seamless, and effective care for long-term wellness.
preventative &
whole-person care
From hormone health to nutrition, we connect the dots across physical, mental, and metabolic health using lifestyle and functional medicine.
Collaboration
We build lasting patient-provider relationships and work closely with you to design a care plan that fits your life.
transparency & trust
Our direct care model means clear pricing, open communication, and more time focused on you— not a billing code.

Regina Fields, MD

Hospitalist | Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
For more than 15 years, Dr. Regina Jellicorse Fields has cared for patients across every stage of life—combining the science of medicine with the art of truly listening. She believes health is more than the absence of illness—it’s about good energy, balance, and the ability to thrive.

A Jefferson County native, she grew up surrounded by the beauty of East Tennessee—spending summers on her grandparents’ farms in Hamblen County and working in her family’s greenhouse and florist business. These roots shaped her love of nature, hard work, and the idea that growth—whether in plants or people—requires care and attention.

After earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Public Health from East Tennessee State University, she completed her medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and her Family Medicine residency at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. She began her career in outpatient family medicine before moving into hospital medicine, where she spent nearly a decade caring for patients through some of their most vulnerable moments.

A personal health journey inspired her to go deeper—training in Obesity  Medicine, Menopause care, Functional and Lifestyle Medicine. Today, she brings that expanded expertise to help patients not just manage disease, but feel vibrant and well.

Married for 23 years with two children, Dr. Fields loves cooking while listening to Bossa Nova, family time, swimming, exploring the outdoors in the East Tennessee Fall, and learning something new every day.
